Zutaten

für 4:

400 g Kartoffeln, 250 g Makronen, 1 dl Milch, 2 dl Rahm, 150 g Reibkäse, 3 Zwiebeln, Apfelmus

Zubereitung

Zwiebel bräunen.

Kartoffeln in Würfel schneiden. Kartoffel und Nudeln zusammen kochen. Gut abtropfen. Milch und Rahm erhitzen, Käse dazu und schmelzen lassen. Nudeln und Kartoffeln unterrühren. Muskat drüber (nur wenig).

Wer will kann Zwiebeln und Apfelmus drübergeben.
