Zutaten

500 g Aprikosen, 200 g Haferflocken, 100 g Mehl, 175 g Butter, 150 g Zucker

Zubereitung

Ofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen. Aprikosen entsteinen und kleinschneiden. Auflaufform fetten und Aprikosenstücke rein. Butter schmelzen. Alle Teigzutaten vermischen. Achtung: Wegen der Haferflocken gibt das keine “richtigen” Streusel. Teig über die Aprikosen bröseln. mind. 30 min backen, maximal 45 minuten. Die Brösel sollen leicht braun und knusprig werden.
