Zutaten

Fischfilet, Zitronenschale, Granatapfelkerne, für die Tahinisauce: 150 g Tahinipaste, 80 ml Zitronensaft, 2 Knoblauchzehen, 1/2 TL Salz, 30 g fein gehackte Petersilie

Zubereitung

Alle Zutaten für die Tahinisauce mit dem Pürierstab pürieren. Fischfilet in der Pfanne braten. Zum Servieren: Tahinisauce auf die Fischfilets (kann sich auch jeder selber nehmen), Granatapfelkerne drüber. Fertig.

Am besten mit Couscous.
