Zutaten

Blätterteig (Tiefkühl oder normal), 1 Eidotter, Salz, (Blumen-)Pfeffer

Anleitung

Blätterteig nach Anweisung auftauen. Ofen vorheizen. Backpapier auslegen. Blätterteig in Streifen schneiden udn diese zwirbeln und aufs Backblech legen. Mit Eidotter einpinseln, ganz wenig Salz und Pfeffer drüber. In den Ofen schieben. Fertig.
