Alles Gemüse, das sich im Kühlschrank findet - gutes Resteessen. Es sollten aber auch ein paar “harte” Gemüse, wie z.B. Möhren dabei sein. Kokosmilch, Currypaste, Reis.

Anleitung

Reis kochen. In der Zwischenzeit das Gemüse putzen und schneiden. Gemüse anbraten, etwas Bouillon dazu und Gemüse bissfest schmoren. Kokosmilch dazu, Currypaste dazu. Fertig.
