600 ml Brühe, 600 g Kartoffeln, 450 ml Milch, Kohlrabi, 700 g Möhren, 450 g Bratkügeli oder 450 g weisse Bratwurst, Peterli, (Reste an Cremefraiche, Philadelphia, Mascarpone, etc.)Maizena oder ähnliches

Anleitung

Gemüse putzen und würfeln, Falls Bratwurst verwendet wird: diese in Stücke schneiden.

Gemüse anbraten und mit Brühe aufgiessen, aufkochen, Milch dazu. Ca 10 Minuten oder bis Kartoffeln gar sind, kochen lassen. Bratkügeli oder Bratwurst dazu. Mit Maizena binden. Fertig.
