Zutaten

500 g Halbfettquark, 200 g Sahne, 4 Esslöffel Zucker, 250 g Himbeeren oder mehr, 90 g Merengue.

Anleitung

Sahne steif schlagen und mit Zucker und Quark vermischen. Stehen lassen, bis Dessert serviert wird. Kurz vor dem Servieren Himbeeren untermengen, Merengue zerbröseln und untermengen.

Man könnte das auch schön im Glas servieren: Zur Hälfte mit Quarkmischung füllen, Merengue Schicht, Quark.
