Zutaten

Für 2 Personen:

2 Lorbeerblätter, Brühwürfel, 1 Dose Kichererbsen a 800 g, 4 Möhren, 1 Lauch, 1 Becher Creme Fraiche, Couscous

Anleitung

Lauch und Möhren klein schneiden und in Öl anbraten. Kichererbsen abtropfen lassen und draufschütten. Mit Wasser zu 1/3 bedecken. Lorbeerblätter, Brühe, wenig Salz und Pfeffer dazu. Köcheln lassen.

Den Couscous nach Packungsanweisung kochen: Wasser kochen, Couscous rein, fertig. Geht also ganz ganz schnell. Wenn der Couscous fertig ist, Creme Fraiche, Petersilie und Chiliflocken zu den Kichererbsen. Fertig.
