Anleitung

Ofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen.

Lachs mit der Hautseite auf ein gefettetes Backblech legen. Bei 200 Grad 25 Minuten backen. Danach Zitrone, Olivenöl und Peterli drüber. Fertig.
