Lachs, 2 Avocado, 2 Limetten, 1 Zwiegel, Koriander, süsse Chilisauce (kann man auch weglassen), Kartoffeln als Beilage

Aneitung

Kartoffeln schälen und kochen.

Zwiebel klein hacken, Limetten auspressen, Avocado klein würfeln, schnell mit Limettensaft vermischen, Salz, Pfeffer, ZWiebeln und Koriander untermengen. Zur Seite stellen.

Lachs braten.

Nach dem Wenden eine Seite dünn mit Chilisauce bestreichen.

Zum Servieren Avocado auf den Lachs häufen. Fertig. Lecker.
