35 Minuten plus 60 Minuten Marinieren

Zutaten

grosses STück Ingwer (8 cm), Koriander, 6 EL Sojasauce, 1 Lachsseite ohne Haut, 2 Lauchzwiebeln, Honig, CHiliflocken

Anleitung

Ingwer klein hacken, Koriander fein abzupfen, beides mit Sojasauce mischen, Lachs damit marinieren.

Lachs auf Backblech legen und ca. 12 Minuten grillen, dabei nach 8 Minuten ein wenig Honig darüber träufeln.

In der Zwischenzeit Reis kochen udn mit kleingehackten Frühlingszwiebeln bestreuen. FErtig
