Pouletschnitzel, grüner Spargel, 2 Tassen Erbsen, Rahm oder Creme fraiche, Salz, Pfeffer, Reis.

Anleitung

Reis kochen. In der Zwischenzeit Poulet schnetzeln, Spargel in Stücke schneiden. Poulet in Öl anbraten, dann salzen, Spargel und tiefgekühlte Erbsen dazu und mit Brühe 5 Minuten köcheln lassen. Rahm oder Creme fraiche einrühren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Fertig.
