250 g Mehl, 150 g Zucker, 180 g Butter, 1 Ei, Rhabarber

Anleitung

Ofen auf 175 Grad vorheizen.

Rhabarber schälen und in STücke schneiden, mit Zucker bestreuen und vermengen.

Mehl, Zucker, Butter, Ei zu Bröseln verquirlen.

Brösel über Rhabarber und 35 Minuten backen.
