Zutaten

Rindfleisch zum Schmoren (z.B. Bratenfleisch oder Gulasch), Paprikaschoten (pro Pfund Fleisch 3 Stück), 10 - 20 Lorbeerblätter, gemahlener Piment (=all spice), Balsamico

Zubereitung

Ofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen.

Paprika schneiden, Fleisch schneiden, Fleisch und Paprika in Öl scharf anbraten.

Fleisch mit Salz, Pfeffer und Piment (viel) würzen

Pro Pfund Fleisch 3 Esslöffel Balsamico dazu und 250 ml Wasser, ausserdem die Lorbeerblätter dazugeben.

Deckel drauf und im Ofen 2 Stunden schmoren. Fertig.
