Risottoreis, Brühe, grünes Gemüse: Zuchhini, Spargel, Sellerie, Bohnen, Erbsen, Lauch, … Sahne, Parmesan

Anleitung

Alles Gemüse ganz klein hacken. Reis für das Risotto andünsten, Gemüse dazu und dann mit doppelter Menge Wasser aufgiessen. Salz und Brühe rein. Alles kochen lassen. Am Ende einen Schuss Sahne und Parmesan unterrühren. Fertig
