Zutaten

Reis, 500 g Hähnchen, 1 ZWiebel, beliebig gemischtes Gemüse wie z.B. Mören, Paprika, Zuckerschoten, Sellerie, rote Thai Currypaste, Kokosmilch (500 ml).

Anleitung

Reis kochen. zwiebel hacken, Fleisch schnetzeln, Gemüse klein schneiden. Zwiebeln und Fleisch braten. Wenn Fleisch durch ist, das restliche Gemüse dazu und anbraten. Fingerdick Brühe angiessen. Kokosmilch dazu. 1 gehäufter Teelöffel Currypaste dazu. alles verrühren. Fertig.
