Zutaten

1/2 cup Kakaopulver, 125 g dunkle Schoggi (zwischen 50 und 70 %), 1/2 cup Butter (70 g), 3/4 cup Zucker, 3 Eier, 1 Teelöffel Vanilleextrakt, viel Himbeeren.

Anleitung

Ofen auf 200 C oder 400 F heizen.

Kuchenform einfetten.

Butter mit Schoggi schmelzen, verrührte Eier unterrühren, Kakaopulver und Vanilleextrakt unterrühren. In die Form füllen.

ca. 35 - 40 Minuten backen.

Zum Servieren die Himbeeren auf den kalten Kuchen geben.
