Teig:

3 cups Mehl, 2 cups Zucker, 1/2 cup Kakao, 2 Esslöffel Backpulver, 2 cups Wasser, 2/3 cup neutrles Öl, 2 Esslöffel weisser Essig, 2 Teelöffel Vanilleextrakt,

Füllung:

1 Packung Cream cheese (softened), 1 Ei, 1/2 cup zucker, 1 Cup schoggichips

Anleitung

Ofen auf 350 F oder 180 C vorheizen.

Alle Zutaten für den Teig vermischen und in Muffinsformen zu 2/3 füllen. Alle Zutaten verrühren und aufschlagen. Einen gehäuften Teelöffel in jede Muffinform geben. Im Ofen ca. 25 Minuten backen
