Zutaten

Fenchel, Öl, Zitrone, Honig

Zubereitung

Ofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen. Fenchel vierteln und in eine gefettete AUflaufform legen. Im Ofen für 25 bis 30 min backen. In der Zwischenzeit Zitrone ausdrücken, Zitronensaft mit 3 EL Honig vermischen, über den fertig gegarten Fenchel verteilen. Salzen. Fertig.
