30 Minuten inklusive Reiskochen.

Zutaten

Ingwer, Reis, 1 Tiefkühlpackung Erbsen, Sojasauce, Schweinefleisch (bereits geschnetzelt oder zum selber schnetzeln, z.B. Schnitzel)

Anleitung

Reis kochen. Wenn das Wasser kocht, tiefgekühlte Erbsen dazu.

1 zeigefingerlanges Stück Ingwer schälen und klein hacken. Fleisch schnetzeln.

Fleisch und Ingwer in heissem Öl anbraten. Etwas Wasser dazu und dämpfen (10 min), etwas Sojasauce dazu und Pfeffer. Fertig.
