1 Hähnchen, Salz, Pfeffer, Zitrone, Olivenöl, Zaatar (Gewürzmischung), Sumach, Cayennepfeffer

Zubereitung

Ofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen. Zitrone ausdrücken, Olivenöl dazu (ungefähre Mischung 1:1), Zaatar, Pfeffer, Salz, Sumach, Cayennepfeffer einrühren. Das Hähnchen damit einpinseln und 50 bis 60 Minuten backen.
