Zutaten

300 g TK HImbeeren, 1 Zitrone, 8 Eier, 250 g Zucker, 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker, 300g gemahlene Mandeln

Anleitung

Zitrone abzesten, Ofen vorheizen auf 175 Grad,

Eier trennen, Eiweiss steif schlagen.

Eigelb, Zucker, Vanillezucker, Zitronenschale schaumig rühren.

Gemahlene Mandeln unterrühren. Himbeeren unterrühren, Eischnee unterheben.

In die Form und 55 Minuten backen (der Kuchen hatte beim ersten Mal viel länger gebraucht).
