Schweinefilet, Salz, Pfeffer, 1 Ei, Mehl, Cornflakes.

Anleitung

Schweinefilet in Schmetterlingssteaks schneiden und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.

In einer kleinen Schüssel 1 Ei aufschlagen und verquirlen. In einer anderen Schüssel oder Teller Mehl bereitmachen und in einer dritten Schüssel oder Teller die Cornflakes.

Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen.

Fleisch erst in Mehl wenden, dann in Ei, dann in Cornflakes und dann braten wie ein normales Schnitzel.

Fertig.
