Zutaten

1 kleiner Blumenkohl, 1 Zwiebel, Ingwer, Erbsen, Garam Masala Pulver, Kurkuma, Currypulver, Brühe, Tomatenmark

Zubereitung

Zwiebel und Ingwer schneiden und in Öl anbraten, gleich die ganzen Gewürze drüberstäuben und mit anbraten.

Blumenkohl kleinschneiden und zum Öl geben. Mit Brühe (nicht zu viel!) aufgiessen und Tomatenmark und Erbsen dazu.

Dampfen lassen, bis die Erbsen gar sind.

Salzen und fertig.
