Gnocchi mit Gemüse

3 Möhren, 1 Lauch, 1 Pckg, Tiefkühlerbsen, (Kirschtomaten)

Zubereitung

Möhren in Scheiben schneiden, Lauch in ringe scheniden, Erbsen 10 Minuten kochen.

Gnocchi in einer Pfanne mit Öl anbraten, alles Gemüse dazu, Salz und Pfeffer fertig. Je mehr Gemüse, desto saftiger. Falls Fina nicht mitisst: Tomaten vierteln und mitbraten, das macht es weniger trocken. Aber Fina mag keine gekochten Tomaten!
