600 g Frühkartoffeln, 125 g Meersalz grobkörnig

Anleitung

Kartoffeln in Wasser mit Salz knapp gar kochen (max 20 Minuten), abgiessen aber ca. fingerbreit Wasser im Topf lassen. Topf jetzt auf den Grill oder auf der Platte und Wasser verdampfen lassen.
