Zutaten

Spaghetti, 1 Dose Artischocken oder Artischocken tiefgekühlt, 300 g Kirschtomaten, 200 g Spinat, 3 Knoblauchzehen, 150 ml Sahne, 1 Zitrone, Parmesan.

Anleitung

Pasta kochen. Knoblauch hacken, Kirschtomaten halbieren. Knoblauch anbraten, Kirschtomaten und Artischocken dazu, ein bisschen braten. Sahne dazu und Zitronensaft. Spinat rein und Deckel drauf. Sobald der Spinat zusammengefallen ist, Pasta unterrühren. Fertig.
