500 g Schweinefleisch (geschnetzelt), 500 g Spargel, Brühe, Sojasauce, Frühlingszwiebeln

Anleitung

Reis kochen.

Spargel und Frühlingszwiebeln schnibbeln. Schweinefleisch anbraten. Dann aus der Pfanne nehmen. Spargel und Frühlingszwiebeln anbraten, Brühe dazu und 3 Minuten köcheln lassen. Sojasauce dazu binden. Evtl. noch Chilli.
