Zutaten

Hackfleisch, Möhren, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Oregano, Basilikum, Thymian, etc., Dosentomaten, Tomatenpüree, Ketchup, Zucker.

Anleitung

Möhren, Zwiebeln klein hacken.

Knoblauch für die Presse vorbereiten.

Zwiebeln, Möhren und gepressten Knoblauch anbraten.

Fleisch dazu, Fleisch salzen, pfeffern, ein bisschen Chilli, getrocknete Kräuter dazu, alles sehr gut anbraten.

Tomaten drüber - was davon gerade da ist, falls kein Ketchup verwendet wird, einfach viel mehr Zucker rein.

Alles schön durchkochen lassen. Fertig.
