Dauer

Marinieren: 30 Minuten, danach 15 Minuten

Zutaten

800 g Brokkolini, 500 g Tofu, Sojacauce, Ketjap, Sesamöl, Koriander, Sesamsamen.

Zubereitung

Sojasauce, Ketjap, Sesamöl vermischen (alles im Verhältnis 1:1:1). Tofu in 2 cm breite Streifen schneiden und in Marinade einlegen. Sesamsamen ohne Öl rösten. Brokkolini 3 Minuten blanchieren. Tofustreifen in Erdnussöl anbraten. Achtung: Verbrennt schnell! Wenden und die zweite Seite anbraten. Tofu aus der Pfanne nehmen. Brokkolini rein und die Marinade. Alles durchrühren. Zum Servieren: Sesamsamen und Koriander über den Brokkoli und Tofu. Fertig.
